I went to the library to pick up that book I ordered, and I was very excited to see what it was going to be.

It was A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith.

Who knew?

Has anyone ever read it?

    I've never read it, but it's been recommended to me on numerous occasions by people who's opinions I generally respect.

    I've never even heard of it. All I know about right now is Harry Potter. I'm finally in book 6 so now I can read something that hasn't been turned into a movie yet.
